I read this thread to get my updates (you guys are better than TruTV!!) and read THIS!

so i missed lunch because i had thrown up twice today and wasn't hungry so i thought i'd go heat it up. thought i'll go pee first get in there and gush gush gush gush gush

well you guys know they took out 4lts and i still had gallons in so niagara falls and me have a lot in common.

page the nurse and THEY COME RUNNING

i tell them it's not my pee that i think my water broke, call the dr finally come out of the washroom

have an intenal - yup water broke. 1cm dialated, cord isn't slipping through - major concern because of all the fluid.

still gushing and hooked up to baby monitor.

back to watching trial waiting for dd and dh to come

what i miss?

LDB the next witness is going to testify that on an unknown date and time she seen George with an unknown duct tape

HHBP but she can say its duct tape

LDB ok but that doesnt establish an relevance she cant say brand even if shown a pic

HHBP so what your saying is that if a witness sees someone with a gun or knife and they dont know the brand its inadmissable

LDB what im saying is if it cant be tied in then its inadmissable and will object if she cant state brand

CM----I coordinated the tent for donations and tshirts

CM did you observe G having duct tape---there was duct tape at the table

CM how was it used---hold tablecloth and we put up posters of missing children

CM We? you and Mr Anthony---yes

CM you talked about wind blowing the tablecloths what would G do---he would duct tape the table cloths down

Nurses do nothing but take notes all day? Off topic, but Excuse me?? I'm an RN. Trust me. I do a whole lot more than that. As do all the nurses I've worked with for over 33 years. Guess I need to go tell our hospital administration to change our job descriptions & duties....

Why didn't prosecution ask Tinelli if she knew where GA got the duct tape from? Ask her if it could've come from another volunteer who brought it? What leads her to know that GA brought the duct tape?

You didn't miss much....CM goofed and opend the door for the State to let the jury know ICA is a thief regarding stolen credit cards.

Younger than my sister who hAs had gray hair since her teens.

Also--trivia---the lady who played Jan in Grease (the movie) had to have her hair dyed for the role. Her hair was prematurely grey as well.

Has nothing to do with ages--just bad genetic luck--when it happens so early.

My sister colors her hair though. The grey was subtle (fee strands) bin noticeable.

DW says she's been gray ever since she met me 30-something years ago

I swear, they've got one of those spinning doors, like at hospitals and hotels, and the defense just sees who falls out to question next.

this is huge. The defense just helped out the states case. This was a stupid move for the defense bringing up why the cuffs were put on her. They were foolish to think the state wouldn't mention the reason why.

I'm lost--Why is that big for state? Baez and co are trying to say her Miranda rights were violated, so wouldn't cuffs be pertinent? Or is this the check charge arrest?

Well, that stinks, but all for your and Nicole's health. Has to be tough on your 5 yr old! (Is that how old she is? Forgot to take my memory pill today. )

You need to get some of Cindy's stash..her's make her remember things that didn't even happen.

If a toddler is wearing a 2T while they are in diapers, that same child could easily wear that 2T at nearly 3 years of age while wearing panties, even if they had gained weight. The diaper would have taken up a lot of hiney space.

I've decided that I would be okay with Casey being found not guilty IF there is an agreement that the entire Anthony family is sanctioned to a desolate island in the middle of nowhere and never allowed to reproduce. What a whacked, useless family.

This may sound ridiculous that I still remember it with a certain amount of bitterness, but I was 11 when my sister got married (she was 19 and NOT pregnant)...I adored her husband, and was in the wedding...it was a huge event for me. They never made it to their first anniversary. My last day of school (6th grade), I came home all cheerful (last day of school!) and my mother said (somewhat angrily) to me "I might as well tell you because you're going to hear about it anyway, but your sister is getting a divorce." Besides being devastated about the divorce, I thought "why aren't they telling me because I'm part of this family?" KWIM? And there were many times over the years I was furious about secrets, like my father being hospitalized for something, or whatever...I'd be blindsided at some later point that xyz had happened. And because of that, I try never to do that with my kids. When my sister got divorced the 2nd time, I had kids, and I told them. My mother was so PO'd. What was I supposed to do...pretend Uncle A was working every holiday or other family event? Geez.I agree. This is "it" now...the point where a decision is going to be made, by a jury, about the fate of Lee's sister. My DS would be devastated, and a basketcase on the stand, as would DD seeing how hurt he was because of what she did.I wonder if they're just not saying that they DID ask Casey and she wasn't sure, and that's something they were trying to keep secret...how "sexually active" (a slut) she was.

Yeah, I don't think she really knows who the father was so they invented the whole "Caylee's dad died in a car accident" story.

I don't think he's shady. I think he is heartbroken, alone, and completely torn apart. He is a brother/uncle who has huge regrets and no matter what he wishes, he can't undo what his sister did.

True, and I have a feeling that Casey was the child that got all the attention and Lee got nothing..and I'm speculating that he was very resentful of his sister and then also all the attention the grandchild got. That is, IMHO, why he got emotional at the memorial. He always felt let out of the family and it all came crashing down on him.

Why did they not ask him about the abuse?

Could they bring that up on cross if defense didn't bring it up? Defense wouldn't bring it up because he would say no and that would blow their opening statement.

Not from Canada, but close enough. We have TH's on almost every corner it seems like and they always have lines.

Taking a memory pill? I remember this from one of the other threads! We've spent some time together here. It's like a family story now. I think I told you then...and I'll say it again...you should have tripped him!

Sure, and then I would get arrested for assault and go to jail and he'd still be walking around. Maybe with a new limp..but still not in jail at that time.

Cheney is looking like even he doesn't believe what he's saying.

No doubt, I think he's one of those on the elderly team that is past their prime.... he's not exactly on his ball all that much either. Who mentioned elder abuse?
