The judge was asking Baez and his opening statement, as he said his clients behavior was due to sexual abuse. And the only reason he let the pictures in was he thought this was going somewhere to his drowning theory. Judge asked him if he was changing his statement. Side bar action. Look on Baez's face was priceless.

I get that LDB is trying to go easy with Cindy, but I was hoping she would dig a little deeper. A little goes a long way I guess.

I am wondering if Cindy is the defenses last hope here. I dont know if they have any other expert witness's. Defense still has nothing to prove their theory IMHO

Defense asked about Caylee's cltohing and Cindy just said that most of Caylee's clothes were a stretchy knit material.

Uhhh ... if it's stretchy clothing, you'll wear it longer than non-stretchy (ie: denim) clothing, yes?

ETA: I love how LDB asked if the shorts could've been put in a diaper bag/back pack! That would lead us to figure that is why she might not have seen those shorts in awhile - they could've been in a diaper bag/back pack!

the shirt Caylee was found in Cindy admitted that she never saw it. But we all know Casey saw her in that shirt. That tells me that Casey had access to the shirt AND shorts Caylee was found in.

Baez kept saying jean material she did correct him and said they were cotton.

OK...so did Casey do ANYTHING around the house? Cindy did the laundry, Cindy sorted through Caylee's clothes to get rid of stuff? If my ADULT DD is living in MY home with HER child, SHE is going to be doing that stuff, not ME. What an enabler Cindy was.

I think LDB did a pretty good job throwin' Cindy off guard with all the sudden memory loss on certain clothing, makin' her sudden better memory about the pool ladder doubtful, kwim?

I don't believe Casey did or that Cindy allowed her to do much regarding Caylee. If you look at the video from the party, Cindy is telling Caylee where to go and what to do.
