Cindy is obviously protecting KC. She is changing her lies...I mean story she swore to under oath at the beginning of the trial. I hope the jury isn't sipping this kool-aid!

I keep hearing the commentators asking each other if Cindy has given the jury enough reasonable doubt to acquit Casey, and many of themsay it's a possibility. But isn't that only true IF the jury believes Cindy? I think she has lost credibility (if the jury has an iota of intelligence) and therefore, the obvious lies she is throwing out there don't mean anything.

I wish I had more faith in the jury. I hope they see through this.

Apparently she is showing Circo brand 2T clothing that was in Caylee's drawers. I wonder if she is going to bring up that according to the Circo size chart, 24m and 2T use the same height and weight measurements.

And again, I'm still convinved that the Anthony's and the defense is in this together.

I believe this, too. I don't think that at the beginning of the trial they were working with the defense. I believe that as the defense has gone downhill quickly with no way of coming back, that was when GA and CA began working with the defense.

I'm so torn over all this. Yesterday I was so furious with Cindy and am still very upset about it all. But, then I could see myself being very much like Cindy if one of my two daughters were ever in this position. I don't know what I would do. I don't know how I would continue to function. I have no idea how to feel about this anymore except to say that somewhere there has to be justice for Caylee.

Baez cant make any excuses here. I am so glad the judge brought this up. This may have come from the state.

LDB is making some excellent points. One of the things that stands out to me is that when my kids were little and took swim lessons at the Y was having a ROUTINE about going in the pool, so that children would know that the routine needed to be followed. Doesn't mean that would absolutely prevent a child from 'misbehaving' and going in on their own, of course.

No phone calls to George about the ladder in the pool?
