i FINALLY got conected my laptop after about 2 hours of begging the connection to come up so now i get about 90 minutes of todays testomony.

so this woman is a computer geek right - what did she find on the computer that dippy couldn't be bothered checking in the pasat 3 years?

Cindy threw herself on the sword and said she made all the searches for Chloroform and even though her records show her at work, she wasn't at work. Apparently falsifying the times worked was common for her workplace since they couldn't show more than 8 hours per day if they were making time up if they missed time for anything

Kurby, I don't know how you manage to watch this nightmare during your bedrest/hospitalization. I was an emotional wreck when I was pregnant. Princess Di died while I was on bedrest and I think I cried for a month.

I feel really terrible for feeling/writing this ... but I hope that they are able to find out whether or not Cindy was at work and what her emails/computer at work show and get her for perjury. Her whole demeanor and tone were just off.

Ashton left the courtroom right after Cindy's testimony so i am hoping he is all over this and the real truth will eventually come out. Lots of trial left and the state has their rebuttal so no need to panic yet...........

Don't feel terrible. i totally agree with you. Cindy is bringing this on herself.

Oh, you know he's working on something. Getting that computer info. from Cindy's office subpoena'd or something to that effect. You know he's got to be po'd and is going to go after that!

I can't imagine that they wouldn't have some paperwork available from those days at Cindy's work. I know she hasn't been to work in forever, she is now on permanent disability (bs, but that's another topic). Nurses do nothing but take notes all day. Even three years later there has to be something. I wonder if the prosecution looked into this before.

Nurses do nothing but take notes all day? Off topic, but Excuse me?? I'm an RN. Trust me. I do a whole lot more than that. As do all the nurses I've worked with for over 33 years. Guess I need to go tell our hospital administration to change our job descriptions & duties....

I hope that he is on his way to get info in Cindy!! This is insane! I doubt that they would have video anymore from way back then. Do you think this is why Cindy waited so long to bring this up. So that the video and the records (emails) from her employer would be gone??
