Oh. My conversations with my family will never be the same after this case, now that I talk like a lawyer. Unfortunately, much of it I learned from Jose.

Wellllllllll, he may have wanted to check the computer usage on that day, when George may have been at work (cough, time cards) to see who was doing what and when before he stated his timeline as if it were fact. You know the early morning, late afternoon; no it was early morning spiel. Or something like that. He probably doesn't remember what he said either!

He never looked at Casey's hard drive for that date, the day before or the day after. Being a lawyer is soooooo hard......

I think he watches his opening statement each night, just as a reminder of what he's supposed to be doing. And keeps saying "one of these days, I'm going to have to address that!"

Okay, watching ABC's special on the case, and ICA should be glad not to have Linda Baden as her attorney. "Lying is not a crime"

Isn't that one of the charges against her; lying to law enforcement?

I'm an expert in my field. I'm expecting a phone call from the defense any day now. Especially since I know nothing about what happened and can't prove or disprove anything.

I also heard tonight that she and George don't believe that Casey is innocent, but they do not want the death penalty. I can understand that.

I'm just catching on A/C 360 that the Anthony's feel Casey is "not innocent".

I can't pretend to know what went on behind closed doors, who was the puppet master in the family, but I really feel for everyone. So much pain and loss.

I can't pretend to know what went on behind closed doors, who was the puppet master in the family, but I really feel for everyone. So much pain and loss.

I am glad that their eyes are finally open and no longer in denial. I can understand that they dont want the death penalty.

I can understand that too. I think their wishes should be taken into account and IMO they are the true victims along with of course Caylee. I'm sure it will be if there is a penalty phase.

George & Cindy's attorney tells AC360 reporter the affair is not true and they think Crystal Holloway is "disturbed".

ETA, I think they are right. That lady just doesn't look right in her interviews. JMO of course.....

I don't believe this for a minute and I also don't think that there was any other abuse going on with the two of them either. I think that's just a way to raise reasonable doubt or something. A way to show another way that this could have happened.

Do any of you think that George really had an affair with this woman? I find it hard to believe since he and Cindy seem so very close, but I missed a lot of that so I don't know. I'm struggling to catch up on everything.

I honestly don't believe George had an affair. This was supposed to have happened from August 08 to January 09. The Anthonys couldn't leave the house without being followed by media.

Heck I used to sit and watch the video camera that aired the Anthony house 24 hours a day.

George would leave to go to the tent to raise money and the media would be there....he'd leave the house to haul the billboard around and the media would be following him down the highway...he'd leave the house to go to the jail and the media would be one step behind him.

As far as I know there's only 1 text that MAY have come from George. But for this woman to say she's given him over $4000 when she has to steal just to get by....not really buying it.

I don't think that she looks right either. Something is just wrong here, and as smart as George comes across to me, why on earth would he get mixed up with this woman other than for her help to locate Caylee? The more I think about this, I just don't believe that there is anything to it.

As far as her parents not believing that she is innocent, they know her better than anyone and they have seen and heard everything and lived through it. I feel so sorry for them, I really do. They are victims here too. I would hate to be in their shoes.
