I can't believe this

Went to sick kids this afternoon to have the heart scan done on Nicole.

It was great her heart was fine. Perfect even. The mom Cassie and I had lunch while we waited for my dad to pick us up and we head home. So about 2.5 hours downtown

We get about 15'minites away from home And my cell rings ( note to self DON'T answer your cell phone anymore)

It's my specialist office. Dr was looking o er my chart and didn't like that my bp was
Up last week and that my next appointment wasn't til Friday sonhe wanted me to come down and have it done

Agrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I just spent hours down there and was just getting home

Ok she says I know oh have a 5 year old. get her settled and in bed and come Dow for 8 pm. For your bp. Remember those words

So I get down here the hook me and Nicole up and it begins

90 scan on Nicole. She's fine. 6 or 7 tomes on the auto bp machine and guess what. High blood pressure

Blood work comes back fine but nope you can't go home your staying the night at least


Agrrr. Dd is going to flip out never time I come down town they keep in

I call her and she cries and says you promissed. so not I feel lime a lied to my daughter who won't go to sleep until dh gets home (takes about an hour so midnight some time) and she is now convinced this hospital keeps holding me hostage

All this so I can do the same this as I do at home - nothing

I know high bp isn't good but stress isn't either and this coming and going is stressful enough to keep bp high

Well hold the horses, I've read a Tweet wherein the Anthony's atty. will be releasing a statement. The inference being that what the reporter spoke on CNN may not be 100% factually quoted.

What a mess!!

It's also been reported that Cindy will be taking the stand tomorrow with regard to her deposition.

Also, Dominic Casey was deposed in March. His deposition has not been made public yet.

Oh no Kurby! So sorry about your high blood pressure (my husband has it too) and that your DD is upset. Hopefully your DH can calm her down. Hopefully the night will go by quickly and you can be released tomorrow...keep us posted if you can! I'm glad to hear Nicole is doing ok though.

That stinks Kurby. Modern medicine has to realize what a good night's sleep in your own bed will do for you. Oh well - I suppose they have to keep an eye on you. Hope your daughter ends up forgiving you and the baby. I'd be shopping for something special for the big sister!!

I know you don't want to be there, but be thankful that you have great doctors who are doing their best to get you a little further along to your due date. I know it's frustrating though. Hang in there and try to relax a little tonight. This will all be worth it when you see that sweet baby!

Oh. It went very well. Nicoles heart looks great. Now we just have to wait the the hydrops to drain out from under her skin

2 weeks til 37 weeks so if they have to take her early July 6 is the magic date

Belle0101 funny you mentioned Dominic Casey, because today I've been
reading back through the P.I. (Dominic Casey) emails released
on 8/5/10 to remember what was in them.

Oh yeah, lots of stuff in here, Kurby can read all night -
there are psychics and all kinds of wild theories and
scenarios (oh my!) to float around in them, plus lots of work into
scoping out people who might be involved.

If you want to see what a real P.I. (ahem...) does and haven't
seen those emails yet, they are pretty interesting as far as them
trying to find a "live" Caylee who was being held by kidnappers.

This guy believed Caylee was alive until her body was found (unless
this is all red herrings), and with people all over reporting seeing her in
his emails, no wonder Cindy was hopeful.
He also starts in with the Haleigh Cummings case (missing 5 year old in
the area) toward the last.

Still observing subject and all "appears" normal which of course
makes me suspicious - we are going to stay on this until my

This morning was as you may imagine a circus picking up
Casey at the Jail and bringing her home. The media had trap
cars at all intersections but I managed to get around them, they
were all over us on 1-4 and the East West Expressway,
I had a couple of chase vehicles blocking them, as you may imagine,
quite a bloody mess but all was well and security is tight at the
Anthony's home. I was a very tearful reunion and Casey's
body language reinforces to me that she so desperately seeking
to get Caylee home.
I am somewhat disillusioned with Baez and had to bite my tongue.
He has me at the point of telling him to go fly a kite, all he did on
the drive was call media 20/20, Geraldo, Greta and playing them.
His conduct towards me is far from acceptable. I have to re-think
whether to just go solo on this . .

Spending time with Jose Baez today when picking up Casey

while I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that I need to

Lazarro did move to an apartment complex less than a mile from his
other apartment, from what Casey has told me, she introduced

being so close to the case, she can get a much better tracking on
Caylee's physical location - that is up to you of course, but if interested
I can coordinate the meeting. She also asked me to pass along to you -
buy a small teddy bear for Caylee and keep it with you - an opportunity
to seize her will come soon and she will recognize YOU and one of
the good guys if you have the bear - look - don't ask, don't
shoot the messenger - can't hurt - right?

Dominic - just to recap my theory on the Ganguzza connection:
Casey is no angel, but she is not a murderess. We have not been
able to pinpoint Caylee's location precisely because she is alive -
the deceased are not a problem as they don't generally move
(not to make light of it but it's just the reality of it). I believe that
Caylee was taken by Kiomarie Torres-Cruz and her family, she has
had an obsession with Casey since they were in high school together
and had fixated on Caylee after she was born. She and her family
moved to a house just up the street from the Anthony's in March
of this year and then moved abruptly in late July after Caylee went
missing. Our team has "hit" on every location in Orlando where
Caylee has been taken to and from and each of the family members
of the Torres & Cruz clans. Casey is exhibiting the classic
symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and in view of her
probably bi-polar condition, her actions/ reactions and state of
mind is understandable. PTSD usually manifests within 1-3 months
following the event but in this case it was almost immediate
(she needs treatment!) I believe that on the 9th of June,
Kiomarie somehow persuaded Casey to let her babysit Caylee for
the evening/night and then made plans to return Caylee the next day
at Blanchard Park. On the 10th of June, when Casey met with
Kiomarie at Blanchard, Kiomarie refused to give Caylee back.
An argument/altercation ensued and Nicole just happened to be a
witness.
In that Nicole's professional background was in family
therapy/counseling, she may have tried to intervene.
Kiomarie was not alone - she had two males
with her. Nicole was then subdued and taken away/murdered at
that point - possibly moved in the trunk of Casey's car to the
location where her body was found. If DNA was found in the trunk,
it will probably be a match to Nicole Ganguzza. The serial rapist
theory just doesn't match here as the rapist had not killed before.
The rape was opportunistic in Nicole's case. Kiomarie's personality
matches almost exactly with the profile in Nicole's reading -
she is manipulative and authoritarian - she rules -
she is creative and artistic. The two males, probably her husband
and his brother - not kids but young adults with adolescent
tendencies - makes them easier for Kiomarie to control their lives.
So, there are two events that Casey witnessed - her daughter
abducted and a murder - that would stress most of us out I think?
This may all be a figment of my imagination but ........ ?

(near Puerto Cumarebo) knowing there will be no extradition
or investigation possible due to the prevailing diplomatic situation.

identified and an extraction is in play.

Why did Casey frequently travel to Jacksonville? Oh yes, then
there is Tampa. This is no longer a mystery. Today I hit
the "Big Boys and Girls" at the top of the
Trafficking/Escort Service/Medicaid Fraud scheme and they
are singing. We now have the answer to how Casey supported
herself or should I say, how she thought she would support herself.
Casey's entry into this scheme resulted in the disappearance of
Caylee Marie. How may You ask? Casey got in too deep and realized
that she had joined a "lifetime club", panicked and attempted to
rescind membership. During Her attempt at rescinding
membership, Caylee Marie mysteriously disappeared,
what would Casey do? She could not go home,
how could she explain where Caylee Marie was? So she turned
to the very person who, unknowingly to Her, is the one that
introduced Her to the Club" Anthony Lazarro.
She would stay at his apartment, a place that she would feel "safe".
little did Casey realize, she had relocated herself into
"protective custody".
There would be times that Casey would question her security
with Anthony Lazarro. These would be the times that she would
stay at Ricardo Morales, JP Chatt and Amy Huizenga's townhouse
and of course to avoid suspicion from the Grund's, Casey had to
include Jesse which included staying with him from time to time . . .
Jesse became very nervous because he knew from what Casey
had told him, the day would come when all would realize that
Caylee Marie was missing . . . hence his immediate exit to Georgia
following Casey's arrest.

Here is a cached copy of the original discussion back in December
when tfrohning first discovered there was another guy mentioned
as having turned in a tip about the end of Suburban Drive, and
they compared it to what the Meter Reader said. I want to know
exactly where this guy was and what he saw. What stuffed animals
were there, and were they in a bag or out of a bag. I'd also like to
know all the places he searched, and exactly how he knows Casey.

On 8/18/2008 at 1251 hrs I responded to call xxx in reference to
found property at the dead end of Suburban Dr. zone 20. I meet with
the reporter KW who advised me that he was told by a physic
(sp - psychic) that in this area was some clothing and stuffed animals.
The reporter said he went there and found those things. I arrived on
scene and saw the items in question, and they showed signs of being
there for an extended period of time due to the roots growing in the
clothes and the decaying plastic bag that there (they) were in.
Follow Up: Question to Deputy Cain: Did you write a report and
what did you do with the items?
Answer: The items were left at the scene.

On Caylee - do you know anything about Baez' Navy background?
I learned that he was an Intelligence Specialist in the Navy -
depending upon which Navy Command he was assigned to -
could have provided him inside information on the drug trade etc.
Would love to prove a link between Baez and Kronk. There is also,
in my opinion, something significant about that damn snake Kronk
kept going on about. Eastern Diamondback are not uncommon in FL
but their environment is not wet and marshy - dry and sandy more
like them. I understand that this snake was actually
run over by a car - perhaps it was just thrown into the
woods, but something is telling me that this snake had been
kept as a "pet" by someone -
not a "wild" snake.

I can never get past the fact that Casey NEVER reported Caylee missing, kidnapped, drowned, dead or anything else for that matter. Had Cindy not hunted Casey down like a bird dog 31 days after she last saw Caylee, just how long would Casey have kept the lie going? Two months? Three? Six months? A year? Would she have simply decided to "take her child" and move out of state and out of Cindy's grasp and somehow managed to have gotten away with it for years? People have, you know.

Sometimes the little things say a lot. I listened to Cindy as she described the care they took with Caylee's playhouse and how they put in a floor of paver stones instead of grass or concrete and then explained the reasons for that decision. She went on to talk about the little mailbox they added in front of the playhouse and although she never said it, I am sure they put "mail" in it for Caylee. But I had never noticed the lovely landscaping around the playhouse until I saw the photo in court and Cindy explained that she and George had added the plants, etc. all around the playhouse. It was landscaped just like a real house, only in miniature.

I simply cannot believe that a man who would go to such effort and take such care to make his granddaughter's playhouse a perfect little paradise, down to miniature landscaping, would dump her precious body to rot away and even be eaten by animals. Any human being that besotted by and devoted to a child would not do such a thing, IMHO. A lying, scheming, narcissistic sociopath however.....that's another matter.

This is all getting so bizarre. A Talking Head said Lippman made a statement directly to him. Then there are Tweets from other Talking Heads that Lippman is saying he never said what he's reported to have said.

On Dominic Casey I'm adding him to my list of people not to hire. So far it's Baez & Co, Leonard Padilla and Dominic Casey & Co.

Supposedly DC was traipsing about in the woods where Caylee was found in November 2008. Also supposedly, he videotaped his adventure. We know Kronk found the remains in August and December. So where were they in November or, why didn't DC see them?

Honestly, I don't think Grisham or Meltzer could dream up this stuff. You know what they say, the truth is often stranger than fiction.
