OK...now this is BAD. Mike Brooks on InSession just referred to "people on vacation coming down to DisneyLAND." Baez would be all over that...now how are we to believe ANYTHING Mike Brooks says? ;)

I had to get off for a few minutes. Are they on break or did Casey throw another fake fit and adjourn for the day.

I caught that too. Leave it to a die hard WDW fan to comment on that. I feel so at home here!:wizard:

You know if you have a ticket to get in why run, does it really matter where you sit. And I would imagine the tickets change daily so why buy one? If you arent the first fifty people how do you explain you have a ticket?

I too think Casey is crying for herself. She is finally seeing the consequences for her actions but I don't think she is really sad for Caylee just sad and mad she got caught. I think she really thought her parents would take the fall for her and she would get out of it. I think it is the first time she has ever had to be held responsible for her actions.

WTH is Casey doing? Folding her tissues? Is she even paying attention? She looks more focused on her tissues than the trial.

9 AM. And yeah, some of those commercials (Storage Hunters??) are pretty annoying.I guess in all that chloroform/neck breaking/home invasion googling, she forgot to google "what happens to a body tossed into the woods."

You know--I'm sure you were mildly joking, but I think there is something to what you said.

Weren't we discussing earlier how Casey's actions all point to what is going on NOW, but not necessarily what will happen later. I.e. lying to the cops about working at Universal for example. She either doesn't foresee well into the future the repercussions of what she says/does or simply ignores it and expects people to be gullible enough to just go "oh, okay, if you say so".

Going slighly on the devil's advocate side as she has not been convicted, YET ;)....

IF she did all this, it is EXTREMELY UNLIKELY that she thought much past disposing of Caylee's body. She did not think about what would happen to little Caylee's body. With the inadmissible heart sticker she used...She probably had her own little undignified funeral and thought that was that. She probably did not have the compassion to realize what would happen next.

She probably didn't intend for critters to gnaw at her baby. But that is where her selfishness over the undignified manner she treated her daughter kicks in.

I know that I don't like to think about what happens to bodies post mortem. I cringe when I see dead critters, I just don't like to think of what happens to humans. (some of the post Katrina stories grossed me out big time) It is just something I don't like to think about.

My hat is off to those who deal with death and do post mortem care with tender loving care. I simply could not do it.

To bring this back around to Casey. I would guess that she didn't put much thought into what would happen to Caylee post mortem.

The theory posted earlier...sounded extremely plausible. I'm sure the girl freaked big time. But she didn't freak in the right way. She tossed that baby and figured "out of sight, out of mind" and washed her hands clean of her crime.

She was NEVER forced to look at what she did and what became of what she did. Now she is.

How horrible that we know that critters gnawed on Caylee like a dog on a rawhide. It is an image that I didn't realize. In fact, all of this was very non-concrete for me. I looked at the images and with the pixelation, I really do not know what I am looking at. But hearing everyone describe it. Poor baby Caylee.

Casey is crying for "poor me". I put her in that spot--she should have stayed there, and because she didn't--they got me. That is why she cries.

I thought it was just to have a souvenir from the trial. I could be wrong though..

They do the "run" to get the ticket.

I'm guessing selling the ticket is just selling a souvenir, not actually something that will get you in to the trial. And if a buyer thinks that, they he/she deserves to get screwed.

I thought they were to give tickets when they were lined up outside.

I am guessing the running, may be because they distribute them inside.:confused3

She is crying for herself. No doubt about it. She's crying because she knows she's totally screwed. She should've taken a page out of Joran Van Der Sloot's book and dumped that body far out in the ocean (a la Natalie Holoway).

Good analysis. ::yes::

That makes the seller as someone who is making money off this trial, maybe Baez ought to question them?:rolleyes1

Wow, the witness looked pretty upset when he was getting scolded by the judge. (For people not watching, the judge told him that he couldn't talk at the same time Ashton was talking because the court reporter can't document it).
