There was a tweet from WESH this morning saying that dna tests were made on the items of clothing and no male dna was found.

Casey Jordan (my favorite commentator) is saying that Casey is doing "scrunch crying"...scrunching up her face and dabbing at her eyes with a tissue. Possible she has shed a few tears, but it's not chronic, you don't see shuddering and a visceral response to any of this, and she's not even looking at the screen...just listening to the testimony. If there was real crying, her face would be wet, she'd have mascara streaks, and she'd have uncontrollable sobbing. Simms is rubbing her back and consoling; Casey right now is guilty of "drama queen".

thank you but no she's not doing well

she has 2 things wrong - pleural effusion which is fluid build up between the lung and the chest wall which makes her first breat when born impossible since there is no room for the lungs to expand and Hydrops which is a build up of fluid under the skin which has puffed her up beyond what she should be.

they tried to put in chest tubes last night but couldn't becuase it was too close to her heart and they could have killed her if they nicked her heart

we're taking it one day at a time and gathering all the info we can but sometimes you just need a break - and go figure i go back to watching a trial of a child murderer.

Kurby, I just wanted to give you a hug Please keep your spirits up, you'll be in my thoughts.

As for Casey, if this is the first time she has seen the photo's of her child like this and this is all she's got? She's not a very good actress, I'd lose my mind. They'd have to haul me off to the nearest E.R. for immediate treatment... I'm sure most Mom's would react like I would.

Anyone have a list of the CURRENT FORMAL charges against Casey? I see there are some from 2008, before the body was found. Not sure what the charges are for this trial.

I was wondering...if she's not found guilty of 1st degree murder, how much possible prison time might be for the other charges? I can't imagine her being found "not guilty" of the charges of lying to LE.
