Casey Anthony TRIAL thread #2

I'm not sure if this has been discussed (it's hard to keep up with this thread - it goes so fast!), but has anyone found any info about the "day to day" life of the jury?

I know they are sequestered, but can they leave their hotel room at all other than court? Do they eat meals together? I assume they're provided for by the state? Can they talk to family at all during the trial? No TV, internet?

I'm just interested to hear what goes on when you're on a jury for a trial like this.

Now for some schooling of JB on what an error rate is. Did JB just realize he was really hosed and give up??

Another Tweet from ZannyTheNanny -

Did Baez use Just For Men this weekend? Or did he take a Sharpie to his hair?

I don't understand kicking the jury out and then bringing them back (well, obviously it is so they will not hear some testimony- but I didn't know you could do that...).

Why is he bringing up marijuana, wouldn't that be a negative for the defense?
No doubt, George was smoking pot and munching in the car...he DID have a key, you know.
Baez needs to take Biology again.
Again? If he took it at all. He MIGHT have taken it in HS if he had not dropped out.

I wonder. I'm curious too. They can talk to their families each night, and see them on Sundays. I know if they pay bills online, they can do that. But I'm not sure of the extent of their ability to watch TV and be on the Internet.

Im waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out &yell, "YOU'VE BEEN PUNK'D!!" to @belvinperry. Baez can't seriously be a laywer.
LMAO

Judge Perry said "decompensation." It's been a long day!

It's to allow a kind of "pre-questioning" to see where the questioning is going without the jury there, so that they don't hear anything they shouldn't. Then the judge determines what part of it the jury can or can't hear. Experts...am I correct?

Is it bad that while on my Disney World trip last week, during our daily afternoon breaks at the hotel, we sat watching this trial on TV?

I got a little hooked and will be watching more online now.

My husband and I were in Disney this past week and did the same thing on our afternoon breaks! I'm hooked and watching online now too. I wish it was on TV in NY! The streaming breaks up a little watching online.

Ok. I can buy that. I guess I haven't been in on many trials ;) so didn't know you could do that.

Jean Casarez said that the reason Dr Vass keeps looking up during sidebars is that it's an extremely high and ornate ceiling, like a church. I bet he's fascinated!
