They weren't doing anything because it didn't happen. There was nothing so terrible not to call 911 because there was no drowning to report. Casey in her own words was acting like a "miserable b-tch" and that is why she wouldn't just walk away from her daughter. Instead she accomplished all of her goals (in her mind), she was free of being a mom, hurt her mother & thought she would get lots of attention and sympathy being the mom of a missing and then murdered child.

Yes, Casey hinted at abuse, she also hinted that she worked at Universal for 2 years, had a nanny named Zeneida, and stole her friends credit cards and checks. And if there WAS any interaction between George and Casey it would be abuse, incest is abuse consentual or not. I don't believe for a minute that it happened. If I was se-ually molested by my father I certainly wouldn't be letting him care for my daughter and be telling him what a great dad he is and telling my brother how much I trust him.

While I tend to agree with you, neither one of us can say that for certain. No one will ever know exactly what happened for sure. The jury must decide if there is a reasonable doubt. I am only bringing up a scenario that cannot be ruled out for sure no matter how far fetched it may seem.

What a coincidence that Baez accused George of engaging in that with Casey. He was probably setting it up so when the photos came out, Casey wouldn't be seen as a porn model but as an incest victim and thats why she did the photos, because of her "trauma". If this was Baez's plan, it's brilliant I have to say.

Yup...I think the whole defense was look at all the things that need to be explained, and back into them.

Thanks for the link. I saw "that" picture on another site, but there were some others that I hadn't seen that certainly say a lot about her.

Ok, when this picture surfaced there was an article that came out about how it was real and that it was a professional pic. It was very detailed and explained how an expert had said this pic was NOT photoshopped. It was on a site called Notalawyer but its seems to have been taken down... I wish I could remember what it said.

I remember reading that too, but not sure where.

Not a strange question at all.

Those of you that have followed this case from day one may remember the "Blackberry" issue. I think it was around Nov. 2008 when it came to light that Casey had a 2nd cell phone. It is believed that she was running some kind of scam (with her brother Lee) that bilked people out of money thru some kind of on-line thing. Some thought it was a phone sex line and others thought it was some kind of insurance scam. Either way nothing was ever proven as it has nothing to do with Caylee.

There was also the $10K that Goerge lost to a on-line scam. Many believed she was behind it. He said it was from on-line gaming but later said it was some over seas con he fell for. The only clear thing is this is a very messed up family. George moved out at this point for several months.

They did prove that she did in fact buy the phone at a AT&T store with money she had taken from her Gmother. And if you recall the early jail phone tapes with Casey and Lee he asks her about the phone and where he can find it. They were almost speaking in some kind of code and was hard to understand what the heck they were even talking about.

I google all kinds of things when I'm doing a crossword. Maybe shovel was the hint and the girl couldn't come up with spade on her own.

I only say it's not photoshopped because why would she pose with her mouth in that position if nothing was really there?? Doesn't make sense.

Again, I think Baez accused George to save Casey's reputation when the photo(s) came out, assuming no photoshopping.

I know you are just trying to think like a crazy person but this really is a stretch even for two nut jobs (Casey & Kronk). I can see the conversation now:

RK: Hey, lady. What are you doing with that little girls body? She looks dead.

KC: I tell you what, keep your mouth shut and you will get a lot of money out of this. Tell anyone and my ex-cop, sexually abusive father will kill you.

RK: Do you have a plan?

KC: Do I have a plan? Puh-leeze! I am going to drive around with her body in the car for a few days until I can't stand the smell. Then, I will dump her in the woods, ditch the car, and party hardy until people finally notice she is missing. I'll show you the spot where I dump her and if you wait until a month after I am arrested, I am sure there will be reward money.

RK: Tell ya what, I will wait 6 months just to play it safe. After all, I'm sure none of the search crews will be able to find her.

KC: Great! Hey, by any chance do you have a duct tape fetish?

RK: Yeah, why do you ask?

KC: No reason!

RK: Ummm.......Ok? Who will you say did it when I discover the body?

KC: I am going to blame it all on my nanny.

RK: That seems plausible!

KC: Well, yeah, but the only problem is, I don't really have a nanny.

RK: Oh.......

KC: But don't worry, I will think up something while I spend the next 3 years in jail. Don't screw me with our plan or I will screw you.

RK: Okay. Good luck! See ya in court a few years from now.

Seriously, why would the prosecution even mention that she googled shovel?? Because she borrowed a shovel?? I don't like the grasping at every flimsy straw. Just use REAL circumstantial evidence. If she googled refrigerator would they say she wanted to put Caylee in the refrigerator??

What's even worse is I am googling her name with all kinds of words after it and now I'm thinking OMG..what if someone searches my computer they will see her name with all these not so nice words after it and searches for duct tape and chloroform....holy cow!

I've already thought up my alibi.... but you can check my unallocated files on my computer and match them up with my DVR
