Kids drown ALL.THE.TIME.IN.FLORIDA!!! A sad tragic circumstance. Not in one freakin' case of an accidental drowning does the caregiver spend 3 years in jail while their idiot attorney goes with that claim.

Oh my gosh!!!!! I am ticked off! This is the big reveal. Reasonable doubt my freakin' eye!!!!!!

If she drowned, it was intentional.

And after they found the remains of Caylee, didn't they do some type of autopsy or lab work that would show that she did not die by drowning?

If Casey's defense team is stupid enough to try and say that Caylee drowned, then Casey doesn't stand a chance of being found not guilty.
