Casey writes her own script, so I'm sure there is a plot twist somewhere that we aren't aware of...

The jury is out on whether she has jumped the shark, yet.

No doubt! I'll bet Casey already has cooked up a half dozen new stories about how Caylee "really" died in the crazy head of hers.

One of my favorite moments recently, I unbelievably owe to NG. She played a tape of CM bashing the credibilty of the DT and saying KC would take a plea or.be convicted. This prior to his joining said team. So caught him in is self-righteous, pompous criticism of media.

That was my thought when I saw your post on Green defending her for the civil suit that Zanny's bringing up.

I wonder if Green was court appointed or what? I mean, Casey has no money to pay this guy!

Charles Green is a Civil lawyer, Baez is a criminal lawyer. That is why she switched lawyers, or at least what I read somewhere.

I tend to agree with this. But, honestly I couldn't care less about their motives for suing Casey, because as you say, it ultimately will keep her from profiting from murdering her little girl.

No kidding. If by "toasting" they mean gloating and if by "Constitution" they mean getting a baby killer off then I guess that was what they were doing. See anyone can decipher legalese if they try hard enough!

I hear that in Greene's response they said they were unavailable. How is Casey unavailable when she's in jail! (I know, it's the attorney not available supposedly, but still had to ) Oh, and that is for Friday, not Tues.

Let her plead the fifth then. That would be in ZG's favor.

And anyone who thinks CA will be an upstanding citizen...well...they should hide their checkbook.

And I have no problem with ZG's attorneys' "tactics". I say, good job!

But you did say it was proven...it wasn't proven at all. And that is all I was saying.

I don't remember anyone celebrating OJ, I don't think she will be on BB or any of those others. Did OJ get a lot of interviews did anyone pay for his story, I truthfully can't remember

I haven't read all pages here, but did anyone see Joy Behar's interview last night with that woman who was one of Casey's attorneys? I can't remember her name, but she sat right next to Casey during the trial and it seemed like the two of them were always whispering about things, and she was always comforting Casey.

Joy asked her at the end of the interview if she would let Casey babsit for her kids. The woman hem-hawed around about it, said "well, my kids are grown". Joy said, "would you let her babysit your grandchildren?" The lady would never come right out and answer the question, but she sure danced all around it.

It was quite telling what her "true" feeling about Casey was.

Ok, thats Richard Hornsby tweeting. He, ironically, got called for Jury Duty. He's tweeting that the only TV in the waiting room is playing Nancy Grace! He's not a fan...LOL!

I saw the clip on HLN just a few minutes ago. It was very obvious that she didn't want to answer the question. After stammering and side stepping, she finally said that after spending time with Casey she had gotten comfortable with her. She never said that she would let Casey babysit for anybody.

It reminded me of Cheney Mason when he was asked about having her in his house. He first laughed and said it wasn't likely. Then he went on and stammered around until he finally said she could come for a very short while.

These people are such hippocrites.
