ya'll ya'll ya'll LOL

"there is truth to the defense side. it will come out and there WILL be a book written"

I"M SOOOOOO SHOCKED - not

sounds like cindy and george got a ghost writer to write a book "male and female"

this women thought KC was guilty until "Last night's confrence call" really????

so a few words on a phone call and she switched her opinion soooooo quick? not to mention that she said she was a distance cousin of cindy's that they didn't talk that much yet she was invited into this "confence call" with the family???

hummm strange

I think one was a aunt, and the one that is doing the book was a cousin of Cindys?

Kurby, Nicole will be home before you know it. At least she is getting better everyday and you get to hold her and nurse her. How are you? Getting enough rest?

i'm good thanks :)

i forgot how much nursing sucks out of you (literally) the first few weeks.

when i nursed Cassie we used to lay in bed and fall asleep - now that i have to pump dh is always shaking me and telling me to wake up LOL

Wow that was fast. Here's Cindy's 2nd cousin starting the Casey reputation rehabilitation train, with George all the way under the bus and with Cindy and Casey starting anew together:

http://krbe.com/portals/1/audio/rrshow/interviews/070611_CASEYANTHONY_familymember.mp3

Now who was the other person in the family who was also writing a book? Was she a cousin on George's side of the family, so she'll have a different story?

:rolleyes1

I got the disturbing impression that someone will go after George. Also sounded like Cindy would go with Casey. 6 weeks of trial and this woman is allowing hearsay to sway her...there is NO proof and Cindy was the only documented liar on the stand.

Cindy/Casey's side of the story has been being written this entire time. Disgusting.

I think George may be in trouble for something there is no proof of him doing and a jury intent on holding someone responsible will convict him just because if how he would behave at the accusations.

only the state doesn't think george had anything to do with it so why would there be a trail vs george?

it's not something that just because they didn't get KC they'll try someone else.

When Casey Anthony is released on Sunday she will be bound by the rules of her probation for one year, for a cheque-fraud charge she pleaded guilty to in 2010.

Court documents reveal that the she must:

Meet with a probation officer on the fifth day of every month
Pay $20 per month toward the cost of supervision, plus a four per cent surcharge
Not change her residence or employment or leave the county without first getting consent from her probation officer
Not 'use intoxicants to excess'. She cannot visit places where intoxicants, drugs or other dangerous substances are unlawfully sold, dispensed or used
'Work diligently at a lawful occupation and support any dependants to the best of your ability'
Answer her probation officer's questions promptly
Not possess marijuana or other controlled substances
Not knowingly associate with others engaged in criminal acts

Whoops, no dependents to support! Is media wh@&# a "lawful occupation?"

it's been stated many times that she will NOT be on probation when she gets out.

that any probation time was over ages ago because she was in jail all that time.

For the record I believe - she's not innocent - however I'll offer up what I believe is reasonable doubt about evidence that was presented during the trial -

The ME testifies to her findings that the duct tape was placed on the face before decomposition. This finding goes along with the prosecutions theory of it being used as a murder weapon.

Dr. Spitz testifies that he believes the duct tape was placed there after.

Two "experts" - two different conclusions. At this point I would imagine the jury would use their own common sense, life experiences, etc to come to a reasonable idea of what that conflicting testimony means to them.

If I were to do that I would have a hard time believing that the duct tape could continue to be sticky enough to stay on the body throughout decomposition but not sticky enough to contain any evidence of who put it there.

It would have been exposed to many things throughout the decomposition process  as well as the elements for close to 6 months and that may have well destroyed the evidence, but I believe it would have also destroyed the stickiness.

In this trial that would mean I came up with reasonable doubt as to whether the duct tape was the murder weapon.

I too am coming to peace with the verdict. I will continue to go to work at EPCOT, and go to Bingo..
My personal life will go on, just like it would if she was going to rot in jail for the rest of her life.
Im sure that there will be a new hot topic that we will feel passionately about in the future.
ICA is going to be walking out those doors JUly 17 and there is not one gosh darn thing we can do to stop it.
I truly wish that karma hits her very, very hard one day

Great points! :thumbsup2 I was thinking about this yesterday. Something else horrible/ scandalous will come along to push Casey Anthony out of our collective thoughts.

I was only hoping it wouldn't be something truely, truely bad. I was thinking that in the summer of 2001, all the news was about Chandra Levy....where was she, did the congressman do something, etc. We all know what happened to take our minds off of that.

I feel sad that a baby died. I feel sad for the people who died on 9/11, that a beautiful expectant mom was killed by a husband who didn"t want her any more, that soldiers are being killed to keep the world safe, that a dad who took his little boy to a baseball game died trying to catch a ball. But I can change none of those things. If I only focus on the tragedies & injustices, I will have wasted my life.

I will get on with my life. I will try to be the best person I can. I can try to make my world the best it can be. I can only take responsibility for myself. Higher power/ Karma / whatever will have to take care of the rest.

so that means that you lean towards the body decomposing and "someone" finding the skull and picking it up, placing the lower jaw in the exact right spot and putting the tape on it AFTER several months of it decomposing???

ok

No and I don't need to if I had served on this jury.

Please, oh please I'm not looking to battle. A few pages back posters were looking for reasonable doubt, looking for some answers on how the jury might have come to their conclusion.

I offered up my opinion on part of the experts testimony, that's all. Not on hearsay, not on the OS, but on evidence that was allowed.

not a debate i'm trying to figure out how that could be reasonable doubt.

yes it was 2 experts but the second expert got all confused on cross and had a hard time answering questions because it didn't seem to fit his "theory" about what he thought happened.

putting a stull back together and putting tape on it after it's already decomposed isn't reasonable doubt - it's far fetched - it doesn't make any sense at all. why would someone do that? not to mention Kronk - what reason would he have to do it.

i honsetly don't understand what his motive would be - he didn't get the money. he called in august and was ignored - why take the body away for months then put it back and call again.

Evidently, throw enough at the jury that is confusing and you can create doubt. This was mentioned several times during the trial and it may have worked. Also, making outrageous and baseless claims about people is a workable strategy. Both of these I find rather dirty, but some evidently don"t mind using such tactics.

You know that the duct tape was stuck in Caylee's hair and that's how it stayed on through and after decomp, right? And you're aware that the body went through a tropical storm and was laying in water, yes? It's apparent that any DNA was washed off of the tape. I am pretty sure that either Dr. G. or that one young woman who dealt with DNA testing said that the tape, once the body was recovered, wasn't sticky except for where hair had clung to it.

There were three pieces of tape. If I remember correctly, they overlapped. I do NOT know if they peeled the pieces apart to look for DNA?

Yeah - because everyone carries discontinued Henckel duct tape (that hasn't been sold since 2007) in case they find a skull somewhere ... and they just randomly happen to choose to go to George Anthony's garage and slap some on the gas can for kicks and leave it there, right?!

They had a conference call last night with Cindy's entire side of the family. The cousin wasn't going to take Casey in unless she knew the truth. Thankfully, she demanded that they tell her everything and the "truth came out." :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: Um, okay sweetheart. You keep thinking that.

So, she's buying the "Casey drowned in the pool and it was an accident that snowballed out of control" story then .....

Casey wouldn't know the truth if it was staring her in the eye. Poor crazy Aunt ... if I were her, I'd run and run fast. Does anyone think Casey's going to be stealing her aunt's credit cards in no time!?
