On our upcoming trip, I'm looking to purchase a carved ring as a souvenir to commemorate my dive in The Seas with Nemo and Friends with the Divequest program! 
I'm hoping to get something similar to this ring I saw on Etsy- a shark, dolphin, fish- something aquatic- with my initials on the side if possible. In the past, I bought a pair of pinkie rings (they say Hakuna and Matata lol) at the ring carvers cart at Disney Springs. I don't recall if they offered anything other than letters on their rings. Would I be more likely to find an artist who can do this at the Disney Springs carver or the carver in Mexico at EPCOT? We are only going to be at Disney Springs the first day of our trip, so I won't have a chance to go back if I decide I like theirs better than the ones at EPCOT. Thanks!
