Pretty much, yes.

Except that you can choose your coupons from among the offers. The more that you use Cartwheel, the more "slots" you will have available to fill with offers. Also, unlike their mobile coupons, you can reuse Cartwheel offers.

They come and go. I'm surprised that you can't find much. I have 16 available "slots" and they're always full. Milk, eggs, fresh berries, oranges, lemons & limes, potatoes, kiwi, and honey are just a few of the groceries on my list. I also add pet supplies and household products when they suit my shopping needs.

Our Target doesn't have fresh groceries.

Guess I'll have to keep looking around. The app isn't that user-friendly.

90% of what I've been looking at is up & up. I buy some up & up but not that much.

Guess the Cartwheel app isn't for me.

Jana I am in the same boat we don't have produce at our store so I find very little on Cartwheel.

I don't usually buy groceries at my Target, and rarely buy fresh groceries there. However, I bought a tv recently and saved 10% with the Cartwheel app. Sometimes it might be worth it to check, especially if you're going to buy a big-ticket item.

If you're at Target you can scan an item to see if it has a cartwheel discount (I've never tried it, but that's what the cashier told me). I personally use it a lot on groceries as well.

The "Category" I tend to use the most (after groceries) is the Weekly Ad one. Often things already on sale have additional discounts.

I use it for pet supplies, groceries, beauty supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc), canned goods, paper products (TP & paper towels), clothing....I have 18 slots and they are almost always full, I guess I'm glad I buy a few groceries at Target. lol

ETA you can also stack the Cartwheel discounts with other Target and man. coupons.

I've saved $62.89 and I haven't bought anything over $20 ever, but used to live across the street from Super Target...either I made great deals or spent an awful lot of time/money in Target.
I just take a couple minutes after I make my list to either type in or browse offers for those items and add if I find any. I rarely use the app in store.
I also click on the browse by "discount" tab to quickly see if there's a great offer on something I'm probably going to buy anyway in the next month or so.
You can make your settings "me only" so you don't annoy Facebook friends with your redeemed/saved offers.
Make sure you use it if you plan to, because they won't fix it at CS later. I will return/rebuy with Cartwheel as long as it's not a food item.

I shop at Target about once a week leading up to Christmas and used the app quite often then. I don't buy many food items at our Target since the selection is so small (It's a Super Target but Wegman's beats it in selection). But they will have sales on toys and clothing that come in handy. I browse at home and only turn it on once to review in the store. Also, I registered using an e-mail. I don't use FB on my phone. I like the email option.

I only go to Target maybe once or twice a month - it's a pain to get to on the subway and then haul things home - but I've saved about $27 using Cartwheel so far. I mostly use it on grocery items, although right now I have pillows and a dish drainer on there that I want to buy this week...

I stack it with the RedCard, paper coupons from the register as well as Swagbucks coupons, so between all that and the weekly ad specials, I feel like I do reasonably well at Target. I do wish we had the pharmacy rewards here though, lol.

I'm always checking the Cartwheel when I'm in the store to see what's available. Went on Sat and saved $4.50+ just buying stuff that I needed. Sometimes, the percentage is small (usually 5% on groceries) but they frequently change. I bought my DS new swim trunks & rash guard shirt which weren't on sale but there was a 15% off CW offer. Sometimes the offers are only for a day but those are generally very good, like 40% or 50% off.

Thanks! I'm going to have to figure this out because I'm always typing in the product or brand name to see if there's an offer. This would be so much easier.
