Carthay Menu

I know that Carthay’s menus are seasonal. How often do they change them? I checked and the items on the menu for both the lounge and restaurant are the same from February. Would it be safe to assume the menu will still be the same in August?

Don't totally trust the online menus, as I think Disney is sometimes a bit lazy about updating those. In my experience, Carthay changes the restaurant menu four times a year, corresponding with the four seasons. Many items are constant, though, so it's not like the menu completely changes out. The lounge seemed to have the same menu for a few years, but it recently went through a major revamp.
