My husband and I are regulars at Carthay Circle and it is one of our favorites. However we had a negative dining experience when we celebrated our wedding anniversary there last month. We asked to speak to the manager who apologized for our experience and said someone would be in touch with us to schedule a dinner at Carthay in a private dining room and that the experience would be “tip top.” We have not heard anything yet. I also sent an email to the Disneyland contact/help email, but have not heard back. Has anyone had experience getting responses on things like this? Unfortunately, every day that they don't respond is just making us more frustrated with a place that we have really enjoyed over the years.
