Carthay Circle - getting a response on promised followup?

My husband and I are regulars at Carthay Circle and it is one of our favorites. However we had a negative dining experience when we celebrated our wedding anniversary there last month. We asked to speak to the manager who apologized for our experience and said someone would be in touch with us to schedule a dinner at Carthay in a private dining room and that the experience would be “tip top.” We have not heard anything yet. I also sent an email to the Disneyland contact/help email, but have not heard back. Has anyone had experience getting responses on things like this? Unfortunately, every day that they don't respond is just making us more frustrated with a place that we have really enjoyed over the years.
 
I think you’ve done what you can. I also think it can take up to a week(?) to get a response back. The only other thing I can think of is maybe trying a DM to the Disneyland Today twitter handle and see if they can get you a better email contact for this situation.
 
If this happened last month I fear you've been lost in the shuffle. Don't waste any more energy being frustrated and upset. Move on and find try a new place that makes you happy! It's seriously disappointing when places blow it but the thing is, they don't care. They keep doing their thing and unfortunately some guests get the short end of the stick. Waiting on someone/thing to "get it" is a waste of time.
