I know the rides in CL still have some long wait times and will for a while, but what about eateries? Especially Flo's V8 Cafe and the Cozy Cones - I heard they got pretty busy during the first week or so but now I'm not sure if that's still the case. Trying to plan where I can fit in meals there!

Thanks! :goodvibes

We were there June 22-28 and did not find the wait times at Flo's or Cozy Cone to be bad at all. We ate at Flo's for supper two different nights at a typical dinner time and found a 10-15 minute wait or so. We had snacks at Cozy Cone around four times at different times of the day, and there were usually no more than 10 people waiting at a certain cone. Some cones were walk-up, with nobody at all in line.

Great question! I'm curious as well.
One thing I did hear from a friend who has been already is that the Cozy Cone lines can be difficult simply because each cone only sells one or two items. So if you are trying to get churro bites and a chili cone, you have to stand in two different lines. She suggested figuring out what you want to order, then splitting up the party so you all stand in different lines. Which of course won't work if you are going solo, but is a great idea if there are a few people!
I'm really interested to hear from anyone who has been to Flo's. Was the wait there terrible? And were you able to find a table?

We were there on Jun 26 and 28. On Tuesday we bought shakes and Thursday we bought dommer from Flo's. The wait both times was probably around 10 minutes. Very reasonable.

I was there on Friday for a snack. Got pies and drinks and there wasn't really a wait. We were the second group in line, the pies were premade so no wait there, and lots of empty tables.

I didnt think the pies were worth the cost though.

Wait wasn't awful, just use the tips they always give you: eat at off hours. Also, the Chili Cone Carne cone also sells breakfast cones that are pretty tasty.

We had breakfast at Flo's on Saturday, around 9:45. We had one person in front of us before proceeding to a register and placing our order. (The two of us split an All-American Platter [eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuit] and the Banana Caramel Brioche French Toast [where I am from, that is bread pudding and certainly not breakfast].)

Got a snack from the cones and there was no wait whatsoever.

We then returned for dinner on Saturday around 6:30. We had two people in front of us before we could place our order.

Both meals the food was prepped and handed out rather quickly and there was ample seating.

On Sunday, we stopped in for a snack around 2. There was no line to place our order, but it took 10 minutes for two large sodas.

Cool. Thanks for the info. I'm glad to hear that the restaurant lines are manageable!
