My youngest son is too small in our home state (MA) to ride without a carseat. If we use DME and don't bother with the rental car, how will I do this? Are there seatbelts in the motor coaches? Can I safely install the carseat for the trip from MCO? Or, like on the Disney Transports on property, he'll have to ride in my lap? Feeling a little nervous.....

There are no seat belts in motorcoaches. Unless he is an infant, he should sit in his own seat next to you. I would think an infant would be best in a baby carrier in the seat next to you. In your lap means he becomes your airbag in the unlikely event of a crash.

Also, if likes to get up on is knees, etc., and doesn't like to stay seated in the "conventional" sitting position, it would be best to not sit in the front row.

Having seats in front of you could help prevent a hard fall in case a unexpected hard braking event occurs.

Not to worry, motorcoaches are one of the safest forms of travel.
