I know this has probably been asked several times.

DD is six, will she need a booster seat whilst in WDW, or is she okay just to sit in the car with the seat belt.

DD is six, will she need a booster seat whilst in WDW, or is she okay just to sit in the car with the seat belt.

Every state is different,but for florida the legal rules are that under 5's must be in an approved child seat.

So, its up to you whether she needs one or not.
