If we want to talk about strategy for the rest of the park, while planning around CL, that's easy.
This past week, FPs were so "cheap" - as in, the return time is shortly after you get them, allowing you to get another right away. We were easily getting new FPs every 60-90 min. By midday, you could have FP for 3 rides easily. Basically, we would get a FP, get into a short line, and by the time the ride was done (and after waiting and walking), we would be able to get another FP, or at least within 15 min.
Screamin' being disconnected helps a ton. One day we rode it 3 times because we only used FP, and kept getting a new one right before getting on the ride. They kept expiring within 60 min of each other.
Assuming CL keeps the attention of most of the park goers, at least for the first part of the day, the wait times and the fast passes for the rest of the park(s) should be pretty low.
