Hi. Did anyone buy and watch the movie today? DD17 had to go to Walmart and get it, but guess who was the one to actualy pay for it. Yes, good old mom. But we found the DVD/CD pack for the same price as just the DVD.$19.99. DD17+DD's boyfriend+DD14 had to watch it tonight.

We bought it today from Future shop for 21.99. It came with a nice collectors case also. We won't watch it however until next month as it is for ds 4th b-day.

We'll probably pick it up this weekend since there are no new Christmas video's being released - Santa always leaves a gift here on the Toronto Santa Parade day to 'kick off' the Christmas season and remind the boys to behave themselves!! Usually it's a Christmas movie and Christmas book of some sort.

I got it yesterday, hoping to watch it today. The deal with the kids is that once their rooms are clean then we can watch it.. lol.. I think we will be watching it at Christmas at the rate they are doing cleaning their rooms!

It'll probably go on our Christmas list, but I certainly want it now. I made DH rent the Cars game for Playstation 2 during the summer and loved it! Maybe I'll have to put that on my Christmas list too!

We started that tradition when Tim was little - Christmas never seems to last for long enough so this was a way to stretch it out a bit! Add a little extra magic to the season (and remind the little monkeys to behave!! )

hahaha...

I still feel like it's "too early" for a ticker...my first appt isn't until the end of the month, and it still doesn't feel quite real! I even retested on Monday just to make sure (DH laughed at me and told me I was weird...) Probably once I've had my appt, I'll put it up! It's ready and waiting though ;-)

One tradition that we started at my parents' house and that I'd like to continue is opening two gifts on Christmas eve -- new pj's and a board game. We used to have family game night on Christmas eve with my parents and sis and it was so much fun! Right now, DH and I do the pj's thing, but since we also go to church and do presents with his family that night, we haven't gotten into the family game night.
