carryon or checked luggage?

I bought a mister , it looks like a water bottle but you put water in it then pump it up . it has a metal rod that is the pump. Do i put it in my carryon or checked luggage.I tried downloading the TSA stuff but i couldn't. Thanks in advance.

I would put that in my checked luggage.

I have one of those as well and I always throw it in the checked luggage. I try to keep the carry on as light as possible for those lovely runs through the airport!
