Ok I've read and re-read the TSA guidelines but just want to doublecheck to be sure...

The following items should be allowed in my carryon - and NOT in the quart-sized baggie- if Im correct about this:

Solid Deoderant
Makeup - i.e. powder, eyeshadow, blush, eyeliner
Nail clippers and cardboard nail file
Asprins & other non-liquid/gel medication

ok my mind just went blank and that's all I can think of off the top of my head!

but in my baggie I should put:

hair gel
hairspray
shampoo/conditioner
lotion
toothpaste
chapstick/lipgloss

I think that's all I'd HAVE to have.

Thanks!!

I thought of 2 more...

Tweezers
Hair Dryer

Would these be allowed in my carryon?

YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

(im sure i'll think of a few more things though... these thoughts creep in to my brain when im trying to fall asleep... ;) )

unless it's liquid eyeliner. Pencils would be ok (not in the ziploc).

Umbrellas are ok.

I don't think an umbrella will fit in a one-quart clear zip-top plastic storage bag (at least, not with all that other stuff).

Hair spray needs to go into the ziploc bag? If so, I've got to find a travel size spray

Since hairspray is a liquid, I would say Yes. I bought travel size hairspray and plan on putting it in my baggie.

If your eyeliner is liquid then it needs to go in the baggie too. But if it's the crayon kind of eyeliner then it's fine :)

My mascaras & lip glosses got confiscated sooooooo many times the security people at MCO could open their own Sephora store.

:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl:

No way are they getting my Kiss Me mascara! Way too expensive!

I have small/medium sized scissors I was thinking of bringing. Should I throw them in my checked luggage just to be safe?

Per TSA website you're allowed scissors as long as the blades are less than 4 inches.

BUT I'd throw them in your checked luggage unless you are going to need them, or afraid of loosing them, during the flight. I always put mine in my carry-on because I'd be lost without them (tweezers too :rotfl: )

You'd think. I mastered the rest of the 3oz baggie material but that part just doesn't register in my blonde brain.

I just noticed you're in Paris - and you travel to WDW several times a year. What's your secret for getting good airfares here?

For Canadian readers, CATSA does NOT allow any type of scissor
