Carrying items to water park on arrival?

We have never been to the water parks. I know we can drop off our main luggage at Bell Services on arrival if our room is not ready.

What do you take to the water park on your arrival day? I figured my park backpack with swimwear and water shoes to change into.
Do they have secure storage for a decent sized day pack? What do most people do with their phones and wallets?

We got back a couple of weeks ago.
First, we dressed that morning in swimsuits, coverups.
Second, we left all luggage with bell services. A couple of people brought backpacks.
There are multiple sizes of lockers to rent. The one we got fit two backpacks. I think that was the "medium" sized one. It is good for all day, so you can go get stuff as needed. You pay, you're assigned a locker, then you select a code to lock/unlock it. At the end of the day, after you get your stuff, you hold a button that says "End Rental" (or similar) and that "releases" it.
We brought water bottles, sunscreen, hats, water shoes, and phones (in water proof carriers) to our seats.
We used MB for food, so didn't have to worry about wallets. Pretty sure our room keys would have worked just as well.

They have plenty of lockers. I have a string backpack style of beach bag from Amazon that I use for the water parks as well instead of a regular park bag because it has a separate compartment to stash your wet bathing suit when you get ready to leave. But I don’t take a ton of stuff. A small packing cube for my water shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, my kindle. I have a waterproof pouch I wear around my neck to hold my phone and ID (if I want drinks). My wallet stays in the locker because I just use the magic band or my Apple Watch for purchases.

I carry phone and car key in a waterproof pouch. (I prefer belt style vs neck.)

At other parks, I prefer leaving my towel and snacks in a chair for easier access. Is theft a problem at the Disney water parks? (Anything of real value will be with me or locked in my car.) I find it easier to leave my backpack of snacks in my chair rather than having to fish it out of a locker every time I am hungry.
