I know that many of you have brought your own beer/wine onto the boat, but where do you get it? Is there a convenience store near the airport where you can get it? We are flying in late (10:00pm) the night before the cruise and was wondering if we can get it at the time. I don't think you can "carry" it on the airplane, can you?

On DCLtribute com, there's a map that shows the location of several stores right near the terminal, including a 24-hour wal-Mart.

You can view the map here:

Sounds like you've got the same plans as I do! It's nice that you can bring your own beverages on board - it helps offset the higher prices of the Disney cruise...

Have a great time!!

There are also several gas station "marts" within a short distance from the port. When I gas up the rental, that's where I'll purchase mine.

Follow up question - bottles allowed? DH loves his Corona on a lounge chair!:boat: :earsboy:

I believe someone on this board gave us this idea: pack one suitcase and put it inside a larger, empty one to carry on drinks/snacks and to use for souveniers on the way home. But...

Can you pack it in the checked luggage or do you have to carry it on in your day bag?

99 Bottles of beer on the wall, 99 bottles of beer.
You take one down, you pass it arround....98 bottles of beer on the wall....

Sorry, Just celebrating....:bounce:

No glass allowed by the pool...if your hubby likes corona..tell him to try tecate..that comes in cans...much better than corona. If he insists on his corona...I wouldn't mess with the bottles..but, you could get paper cups or plastic mug to use poolside.
