Carry-on Alcohol question

I'm not trying to "smuggle", I just want to know whether or not it's worth my while to pick up Bailey's at the airport Duty-Free.
If I can't bring it on board then I would have to get rid of it before flying back to Canada.

Bailey's isn't going to be considered wine, champagne or beer. Nor it is likely to be confused with either of those options. I'd expect it to be confiscated as liquor. My advice: skip the duty-free if you won't be able to take it back home.

Why get rid of it - just take it home with you. We're allowed to bring alcohol back from the US.
