Carriers Out of PHL With 1 Checked Bag Free?

I think Southwest may be the only one that flies out of PHL with 2 free bags. Jetblue is the only other carrier that flies bags for free. They fly out of Newark and Baltimore.

I agree I think SW and Jetblue are the only carriers that don't charge for their first bags. (SW = 2 free)

Or you could go to Orlando by way of Europe. BWI & Icelandair still don't charge.
