My family is going in January & will have the Dining Plan so we'll be getting refillable mugs.

I was thinking of carrying the mugs around the parks and just refilling at water fountains rather than bringing a refillable water bottle.

Are there carriers that work well with the mugs? Something with a strap? Or that would clip on a belt? I want an easy way to carry it where I don't have to worry about it leaking in a bag or on my clothes.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks. I tried the carabiner last time we went, which was three years ago. It definitely allows leakage, so I'm hoping for something better this time.

I've been looking at water bottle carriers but I don't think any of those would work because of the mug's handle.

I have a running belt that holds flattened oval-shaped sport water bottles, but won't hold regular water bottles or mugs. I may just bring my belt with me and not bother with the mugs, but I know my husband will have a fit since the running belt is about as stylish as a fanny-pack.

You can also just get a free cup of water at any CS location. It's filtered, so it tastes much better than the water from the fountains and you don't have to carry anything around with you.

That's what we do. And when it's cold we get hot water as well. :)
