Carribean Beach or CSR for short stay?

Just came back from a split stay at POR and CBR.

Much preferred CBR to POR. Maybe its because I was in Martinique (great area) and the total new lobby.

For my May stay same price CBR or CSR. Never stayed at CSR.

Thoughts?

I'd choose CSR- their renovated rooms are gorgeous!

Short trip - try CSR, then for a longer trip you are researched to know what you want.

Will the pool be reopen by then and / or the restaurant they are building in center of lake?

The pool opened again in December. The restaurant opens on July 9 when the tower opens I think.
