Carriage ride at PO question?

DH & I will be staying at POFQ in late Nov. and would like to do a carriage ride one evening. Does anyone know the time frame for making reservations for this? Is it 60 or 90 days out?

I made our PS 90 days out. We'll be doing it this July.
