Who here has used these people and did you find it was a good and true service? Or did you wish you hadn't used them?

Have used them twice- all was fine. With your confirmation number you can still go on whatever company you rent from and look at your rental etc.

I've used them several times as well with no problem. As the previous poster stated, you will get a confirmation number from them that you can plug into the rental company's website to see your reservation. So nothing shady! Basically once you book through them everything works exactly the same as if you had gone directly through the rental company (at least it did with Thrifty which was where both my rentals were from).
