If you check https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/en_CA/attractions/magic-kingdom/walt-disney-carousel-of-progress/ and don't see any hours for your park day, does that mean it is closed? For example, Feb 3rd? Or if it says no times available, does that mean it isn't updated yet and if it were closed it would say closed?

Just wondering if this is open every day these days and all day?

1. Nope. (COULD be... but certainly not NECESSARILY.)
2. Could be that. Could be a glitch or inattention to putting in the correct schedule.
3. Open every day, in general.
