Carousel of Progress open in Feb?

I will be going to WDW in February from the 14th to the 22nd, I've heard that the park is very busy at that time of year due to President's Day (is that correct?) Are there any chances of COP being open?

We always go in Feb. right before Pres. Week. The parks are not busy then but I too have heard that they get very busy during Pres week. COP was not open last year during our visit, but it was open in Feb 2002.

I hope, I hope, I hope! Well atleast that gives me a little hope that it might be open. It's one of my favorite rides in MK and I trip without it just wouldn't be the same.

From many post's Ive seen COP is open during Presidents week because crowds are always heavy that week. Good luck and have a great trip.
