Carousel of Progress in February?

Does anyone know if the Carousel of Progress is opened during President's Week? I know that they only operate this attraction during what is considered to be higher volume times, and I'm not sure if President's Week qualifies! I'm starting to pack and am HOPING to see CoP on this trip!!!

Last year we were there the week before Pres Day and it was open.

We too were there the week before Presidents Day and it was open. This is one of a favorite rides and we are hoping to see it again the first week in March.
