We stay there for the first time ever in concierge, cause that was all I could get, was wondering if anybody could give me reviews??? We normally stay at the BWPPI when we go am kinda nervous about stating in a unfamiliar hotel. TYIA for any responses!

We did stay in "concierge" there. The rooms are in the very back of the place and in an older section. The room was renovated but there were elements of times past in the design. The good thing was that there is no one above you or below you. The room was a nice size too.

We stayed there last year in a regular room. There were some repairs needed to tile work, but it was clean. We would stay there again I think if we fit in their rooms. We have become a family of 6 and need more room now. We don't expect much other than a clean room with reasonably comfortable beds.

We stayed there once (in 2010) honestly location A+, beds were comfy but overall Hotel not as fancy/new, nice as I prefer & did not like the outdoor hallway/breazway...just for lack of security view. Breakfast left some to be desired. Pool small. Feel like its over priced for what you get. I'm sure if it were free stay, one can not complain, but when you have choices, it would not be my first pick if you are paying.

I stayed in the Carousels concierge two years ago. I had a room on the 2nd level and it was a lovely renovated and comfortable room. The room was located at the back of property in the older section as another poster had mentioned but it was really quiet. I loved it and would stay in those rooms again.

We stood there last Feb in the concierge club room. I really liked it, no carpet which is a plus for me and a nice table outside the door for us to sit enjoy coffee. Nice linens, no problems with our four day stay. Would stay again!

We stayed in one of their resort suites in September. It was clean, quiet and quite large. We would stay there again. It was really nice to have a separate room for the kids and the price was quite reasonable for that. Our room was at the very end of the building and we didn't find the walk to be bad at all.

Was there really concierge? Or would a "tower" room with free breakfast be better. Considering this for a trip in May.

We will be checking into a concierge room tomorrow! I will report back!

I've stayed there a few times. They are ok. I would stay there again. They were relatively clean and quiet. Friends that stayed when we were there complained that the towels were "dingy", but they smelled clean, so I'm good. I only use the room to sleep and shower, so I'm not incredibly picky though.

We didn't do the free breakfast. Don't know if it was even offered and if it was, would it be the same as regular rooms or not. We took the room because it was a last minute booking and was all that was available in the area of Harbor Blvd.

We had the free breakfast offered to us when we stayed in the concierge room. We were left breakfast vouchers for each person to take to the breakfast room. It was just OK. Basically when all other guests are eating the basic continental breakfast of fruit or pastry, we handed over our vouchers for these tiny hot breakfast burritos that were just meh!!! Honestly I didn't find the hot breakfast worth it at all and wouldn't feel bad about forgetting to take advantage of the offer if I had another voucher. But the plus side is a free breakfast is a free breakfast, and saving money is a bonus if anything. Maybe its gotten better. Who knows?
