Carousel Closing?

I just got this email today and thought it was interesting. Apparently Carousel Inn is closing on October 17th? I thought I remembered that Disney had purchased them a while ago, does anyone know if this has something to do with that?

We're staying there October 1st so it's a SMIDGE worrisome but hey, maybe they'll give away their towels or something haha

Oh! I had heard about the parking structure but I guess I wasn't putting together exactly where it was.
