Looks like Caroline may not be as civic minded as she claims.

Most of the ones she skipped were primaries. If her choice within her party was a shoe-in, I don't see that as such an egregious thing. Depending on how the primary system works in NY, I suppose she could also have been skipping making her voice heard on other issues, but skipping a primary to me is not the same as not voting in general elections half/most of the time.
