Carole King's Tapestry...

...got it for Christmas. (It was not available at BMG and I am too cheap to pay full price for it, so I asked for it for Christmas. )
Anyone else LOVE that album? I don't think that there is a song on it that is not good.
I will be listening to it after the Angels CD is over.

Did anyone else see the photo of Carly Simon and her son with James Taylor in Parade this past Sunday? The son looks just LIKE his Dad!

So right Dan. When Tapestry was originally released, it spent 300 weeks in a row on the Billboard Magazine Top 200 Album chart. It has since re-entered the Top 200 due to being reissued on CD. It is truly a wonderful collection of songs by a gifted artist.

I was given the Tapestry record album when I was in high school. Then I bought it on cassette when I was first married. I finally bought it on CD a few months ago!

After loving James Taylor's songs for years, I finally saw him in concert just before Thanksgiving. His voice is just as golden as ever!

My most fave on that album is Smackwater Jack.
