Carnation Cafe for breakfast/park opening

What are the hours of this restaurant? Do they open early, before park opening? Like with Crystal Palace and Cindy's in WDW, can I have a PS for prior to opening and get to see Main Street empty?

I just had breakfast there and the earliest they open is when the park opens. Only Minnie's breakfast can you get in before park officially opens.
