They were having trial runs-testing mode. Those in the groups confirmed it did last a full hour.

Booked today for July 15th. We are doing the Wild Africa Trek as well but since DD loves elephants I figured this would be an extra fun one

I was at AK yesterday and did the safari around 12:50pm, saw the group behind the elephant area (after the rickety bridge) they had the most perfect view of the group and of baby Stella. I think I'm booking this as well, maybe for this week. If I do it I'll make sure to report back
