These two resorts are coming up at the same price and they both interest us. Location isn't too relevant since we will be at various attractions in the area. Any thoughts about these two?

I'm also seeing Orlando Bonnet Creek for a bit less. I'm getting my Bonnet Creeks confused...

I don't know about the Caribe but we've been to the Hilton Bonnet Creek several times--and absolutely love it. Especially the pool complex with the lazy river. We'd go back there again in a heartbeat if the price was right.

I've been to both. Both nice... Tough call GO WITH BCreek!!!!!

The hilton BC was really nice. We did 2 nights in October and wished we had a few more. We may stay again the night before our WBC stay in june

I noticed that the Hilton has a pretty high resort fee. Is there a fee for parking? The Caribe has none of that so that might influence us.

I definitely appreciate the feedback!

Yes there is a parking fee. I can't remember but think it was $15. We payed with Hilton honors points so we didn't have resort fee and got free breakfast

$22 Resort and $18 daily self parking fee. You are right Caribe has none. I am assuming you are looking at a suite at Caribe vs a guest room at the Hilton if that is a factor. Not sure what the "Orlando Bonnet Creek" is - there is also a Wyndham Orlando Bonnet Creek hotel across the street from the Hilton. It is very nice but also has resort and parking fees.

On Expedia there is a resort listed as Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort at Via Encinas, Unit 2, Lake Buena Vista, FL. This one says free parking but I haven't found resort fees yet. The Wyndham is listed as another resort and it is $100 more per night than the other two.

I'm a bit drawn to the Buena Vista Suites now. I like the look of them.

I'll see if I can figure out what that is.....That address is for the Wyndham Bonnet Creek "timeshare" units. I guess they can't use the term Wyndham on Expedia. Love it there, you are talking full size condos. Not sure how it works via Expedia, I've never booked there that way.

Like Buena Vista Suites. It is a sister resort to Caribe and right next door. The one bedroom suites are almost identical so there is no advantage from one to other on the rooms. Buena Vista includes breakfast has a small pool. Caribe does not include breakfast, is much bigger resort and has a nice pool, waterfall and slide. I have stayed at both and Caribe's only plus is the pool for us and most our Disney trips we rarely use the pools, rather do Blizzard Beach.

Go through Mousesavers and see if they can save you any on Buena or Caribe, they are a preferred resort and they often have better deals.

BVS and Caribe do one day specials and they often are very good. You could always book and then keep checking for better deal. BVS one day is on Thursday and Caribe on Wednesday. Both offer lots of deals all the time.

Also sign up for Stash Rewards so you can get points. Many independent hotels on their list so it's not just the BVS/Caribe.

I prefer the breakfast to the pool myself. I think that I'll go with one of the two. I like the lack of fees and just need one of them for a few nights.

Thanks for the information!

Also a great location. Direct shot into property, hotel to MK toll gate is about 8 minutes. I'm actually right now at a hotel farther down the street from it. We are in the parking lots in 10 minutes and no traffic on this route.

We stayed at Buena Vista Suites two years ago and loved it. We would be staying again on our next trip, but got a better deal on a 2br/2ba condo at WBC. The breakfast was really good and the hotel was clean. It was a quick and easy drive to the parks.
