Hi everyone,
I would love to know if you have stayed at the Caribe Royale. We are staying there in May and would love to know how your experience was with the hotel, pool area, food etc.

We stayed here last May. The rooms are quite large, with the suite- living room off from the main sleeping area. TVs in both rooms. Single sink that you walk past between the 2 rooms, easy to use without bothering someone thats in the toilet or shower. I found the rooms dark. The living room is far from any natural light, and seems like a cave in the night. The pool is nice, little hut where you can get your hair braided, buy cheap jewelry etc. good pool bar, even light food served right there. Food court style breakfast with walk up coolers etc. was good. The layout is done very well. I think that there were 3 or 4 towers and a main building. When you come down from your tower you are right at the pool, and right at the the main area for food etc. I was impressed that each tower had a little ticket booth/ info area where you could ask for help. You didn't have to go back to the main building. There is a 7-11 style store, pizza joint and an AMAZING chinese restaurant across the road. Its a fancier style chinese place, but we got take out (szechwan chicken) and it was excellent. Lastly, I got a great rate, something like $115/ night or something like that. Have fun.
