Caribbean Beach Room Refurbishment

A couple of buildings in Martinique are closed off and they are doing construction in the rooms. Does anyone know what they're doing? I know they re-did Trinidad from pirate rooms to under the sea themed rooms but I never heard of any refurbishments for the standard rooms.

There's no planned remodel/refresh that Disney has announced for the other parts of CBR, maybe something's broken and just doing some repairs.
