Caribbean Beach Resort

Last May we stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort and while I wasnt thrilled with that resort, I am very grateful to mousekeeping. I hadnt been feeling well and when I packed to leave, somehow I had forgotten to pack one drawer that contained my son's clothes! when I got home I and realized this I immediately called CBR. By the end of the week the clothes had been returned to me!

I had left a bathing suit in one of the drawers at CBR. They called me to ask if I was missing something. A couple of days later I received it in the mail.

That's good to know.
We left my daughter's homework in our cabin on the Disney Magic last year. After two calls (with VERY long hold times, where I thought I was actually getting somewhere) I wasn't able to get it back. I know homework isn't that big a deal, but we had spent aobut 30 minutes a day working on some stuff and it was a goner.

After we returned from a WDW trip I mentioned to DH how I was sorry I hadn't gotten the anniversary mug. I was so surprised when I received it as a Christmas present. Seems DH called CBR,(we had stayed there--Jamaica) with his
credit card at the ready--he was told no charge not even s&H! Just a little pixie dust from CBR!
