Caribbean Beach or Coronado Spring?

Another vote for Coronado Springs. You can't beat the pool and slide, the resort is absolutely beautiful, bus system fast and efficient and we love the Pepper Market!! ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

My vote is for CSR.

I agree with Buzz. Excellent picture! We'll be there in 37 more days! We LOVE CSR and can't wait to get there again!

I may be a little biased but CBR is our favorite resort. Of course, it is the only resort we ever stayed at but, nonetheless. It really comes down to personal preference and what you are looking for. If you want a beach theme, go for CBR. If you want a more southwestern feel then CSR maybe the best choice. You really can't go wrong with any. Good Luck :)

I agree but CSR has a beach area in the cabanas that is very much like CBR. So you can get both worlds at CSR.

What a beautiful picture of the Casitas!! I can't wait to get back to CSR!! :) I'll be there tomorrow and I'm so pumped. I still say that the casitas have one of the most romantic and deluxe feels of the moderate hotels. I'd suggest Casitas 1, or 3, because they are the closest to El Centro and really not THAT far a walk to the Dig Site. Coronado is a beautifully landscaped resort so any walk that you have to do really isn't that bad because there is always something nice to look at :)

The Disney feeling is there, I didn't have to look for it. It was a "magical" stay for us.

::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: I totally agree. I felt it was very "Disney" with all the different themed architecture and decorative accents.

We were considering both for our trip after May 2005 (WAY out planning, lol) that will be just DH and I. We stayed at CBR on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. After I looked around and read posts about CSR, I don't think we want to stay there. I don't like the way the food court is described, that it's hard to just go in and get a drink refill in the mugs, etc. I looked at the pics of the rooms on allearsnet.com and the decor just didn't suit us. There is nothing wrong with it at all, just not what we like.

Whichever resort you choose, I'm sure you'll have a great time!

I have not stayed at CBR, but did stay at CSR and loved it. We definately thought it had a Disney feel to it. It was my son's (4 yrs) first time at WDW and after ten minutes at the Dig Site he thought there was no reason to go anywhere else. As others have mentioned, it does not seem to have as many kids or guests that use the transportation and the other facilities during the day. We stayed in the Cabanas section 9B and it was very nice. Staying at POR for something different this year, but would definately go back to CSR.

Hmm, dcg0317 that picture is making me rethink our ressie.;)

Of the two, have only stayed at CSR, and we think it's very nice. Couldn't say that they've given us any reason to want to try a different mod. :earsboy:

Another vote for CSR! :Pinkbounc
Our favorite resort is The Boardwalk but I'm actually a little disappointed we won't be staying at CSR this weekend instead.
It's THAT nice!
Let us know what you decide and have a great trip!

We have stayed at CBR twice and loved it. My upcoming trip is to CSR, so I will let you know what I think when we get back. :wave2:

I'll be staying at CSR next week also and am looking forward to it. I stayed at CBR 5 yrs ago and it was very nice, just not anything special. I'm hoping CSR will have the "Wow" factor.

I'll let you know when I get back!
