Has anyone gotten to stay in the Pirates rooms yet? My son would really love them, but it concerns me a little that they have no elevator and fear I'd be put on the 3rd floor.

Haven't stayed in a pirate room but can tell you that the CBR buildings are just two story. No third floors. There have been several trip reports regarding the pirate themed rooms. Have you done a search engine check?

I kind of thought the same thing when we walked into our Nemo room in August. But, after I thought about it a bit, I realized they probably didn't want to go too over the top with the theme so it'd still appeal to the adults.

They are in the Trinidad South buildings.

I didn't realize you were going to CBR on your return trip!! That is great!

Trinidad South is about a 7-10 minute walk to Old Port Royale (gift shops, main pool, restaurant, food court). So just know that going in and you will be fine. The walks are very pleasant and enjoyable because the CBR landscaping is so lush and beautiful. And TS (and all the villages) has it's own pool and bus stop.

I miss you on the Snowbird thread. Stop by sometime!

Have fun at CBR and make sure to leave some time to enjoy that new pool!

We actually were going to camp but my sister got an unexpected bonus check so today we booked CBR! We're so excited to stay there. We'd be happy anywhere as long as we're at Disney but this sure makes it extra special.

I'll pop by the snowbird thread soon, I promise! I really miss you guys too. I'm kinda sad I won't be going in January but the MNSSHP should be a lot of fun. Plus, it's not nearly as long of a wait!

Last I heard they were working in Trinidad North. It may be done by now so all the rooms except Trinidad South are done in a Nemo theme. Trinidad South will be all pirate rooms.

Does the CBR has mini refrigerators in their room? And you need to pay or it's free!

Yes there is a fridge in the room. They are free.

It's the new theme of all rooms (or soon will be), except for Trinidad South - those rooms will all be pirate themed.

I think most of the rooms are done at this point!
