Caribbean Beach - Aruba - Building 55

My DH and I have booked for October 23 thru the 28th and have requested Aruba-Building 55-Waterview. We're hoping to get a corner room with a king bed if that's available. My question is.... does anyone have a specific room number that fits that description? I'm very fond of the sun coming up in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee in front of a window with a beautiful view.

We were there in January and we were in Aruba 54 room 16 - 5416.

It was a corner room king size bed with view of lake and pool.

We loved the room, at first we were worried about the noise, but we didn't notice anything - we were there in off season though.

We loved the location of the room - easy walk to beach and hammocks, the pool was right outside our door, the laundry was right there. We had a car and were able to park right at the end of the path that led to our room. It was also close to the bus stop.

I would stay there again. I don't know if the room numbers are the same in each building, but 5416 was the corner room with water veiw so maybe 5516 would also be a corner room with water view. Hopefully someone else will let be able to let you know.

I don't have an answer to your question but I just wanted to let you know, just in case you weren't familiar with the layout of the resort, that your beautiful view will also include other guests passing by as they come and go from their rooms. The mods have no private balconies, just windows that overlook the walkways leading to guest rooms.

Thanks so much for the info Rachael Q. The room sounds perfect! I guess it doesn't matter all that much if it's building 54 or 55. I will send my TA a message and have her request that room number for us. Thanks again!

HunnyPots, thanks for the FYI on passersby. I figured this would be typical of this particular resort. Hopefully they won't be too nosey as I enjoy my coffee
