On Christmas our parents surprised our family of 6 with a trip to WDW in March from the 21st to the 28th and my mom is letting me make all of the reservations and fastpass+ as I love planning vacations. :cloud9:
The last time we went was in October which was more of a last minute trip, so we didn't make any reservations except Liberty Tree and Chefs de France (which are our favorites anyhow so it didn't matter much). This time I'm hoping to make up for that with some awesome reservations! We're DVC club members so this is our 4th trip to WDW and the first I'm allowed to plan. :cool1:
In our family we have two parents, an 18 year old girl, a 16 year old girl (me), a 12 year old boy, and a 4 year old boy. So I tried to make all of our reservations appeal to everyone :)

(We're staying at the Grand Floridian)

27th Magic Kingdom (Park hours 9am-11pm) then EPCOT (closes at 11pm EMH)

12:35pm Liberty Tree
7:15pm Biergarten (EPCOT)

28th
Checkout at 11am :sad1:

Hopefully this looks good! I feel like I was a lot luckier than expected considering we didn't start reservations until 84 days out. We didn't want to do Be Our Guest as Liberty Tree is a family favorite and I've heard the lunch is meh. Anyone have opinions to counter this or agree?

Thank you for your help! It's greatly appreciated!

My concern would be how close together some of your meals are, mainly on the 26th and 27th with CRT and LTT and with CP and LTT. For the first set, your breakfast is at 10:05 and lunch at 2:35....assuming you are done with CRT in an hour (and that they are no delays being seated, etc.) you only have 3 1/2 hours between breakfast and lunch. Same with the CP BUFFET and LTT on the 27th, there are only 4 hours between the start of one and the start of the next one....if you are at CP for only an hour, that only gives you 3 hours before your next meal. You know your family, but I know that mine would not be hungry with that short of a time between the meals. Otherwise, they look good to me!

Our family eats lightly at breakfast but I did switch them an hour later just to be safe. :) Thank you!

The two meals close together as suggested are the only issues I see. Sometimes table service can take forever.

As far as the one for right before park closes, you are fine. By doing it that way you are actually getting about an extra hour at the park. They don't kick you out at 7:00 when the park closes. You proabably won't even be set down until 7:00. You just have a nice dinner like usual, and then when you are done they will escort you out of the empty park.

Same with the before opening meal. Try to get there around 7:30, and they will let you in to an almsot empty park. The attractions won't be open, but you can wander up and down main street and the hub area and take pictures in front of the castle without crowds. If you are able to change the reservation to even earlier time, I'd do that. The closer to 8 the better because if you can get done by 8:45 about 15 til the park opens, you will have ahead start on all the people there for rope drop becuase you will already be back in the park. sometimes they open the rides early a few minutes early, and we are able to ride 1 or 2 rides before the rope drop people even make it back to them.

I too love planning and am so impressed at 16 your are a disney guru!!

I agree about timing of eating-some too close. You picked great experiences and eating...however lots of eating!! Our family tends to do one sit down a day, maybe tops sit down breakfast and dinner, and skip lunch. Remember the sit downs meals take time...and that is time not doing park stuff.

Not a big problem, however it can get boring for the younger set (I learned this from my children)

Enjoy!:cool1:
